Jim,
I'd love to be able to stay around the price of a Tom Morgan Handmill ($2500). www.jwflyrods.com - spoke to this gentleman and he is trying to work up a mill for around that price. Not yet availabe. I'm sure there's a market for such a beast. Just thought someone out there might have found themselves in my situation, relinquishing the handmill and looking to graduate to something faster, yet precise, instead of going to a planing form. I can always do that and offer those rods later, I figure. Still trying to figure out what tapers I like and why. The only white man the natives trust, Andrew |
